### Job Title: Maintenance Operative

#### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team at Apple Orchard. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our facilities and providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our properties
* Carry out repairs and maintenance work as required
* Assist with the upkeep of our gardens and grounds
* Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals

#### What We Offer

* Competitive salary of up to £26,402 per annum
* Full-time, permanent contract
* 35 hours per week
* Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team
