Commercial Finance Business Partner

Reed Accountancy is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Business Partner to join a leading company in the UK. This role is ideal for a part or fully qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA individual with a strong analytical nature, ready to support the pump rental business unit with high-quality financial reporting and insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide key branch and customer data reports using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Produce reports on performance, growth, and productivity.
  • Work closely with senior managers and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Support the asset management accountant in ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop business cases for further investment, including property, people, and product.
  • Challenge current ways of working and drive efficiencies to continuously improve working standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Management Accountant, Finance Partner/Advisor, or Financial Analyst role.
  • Qualified or part-qualified CIMA/ACCA/ICAW/ACA.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to undertake financial and business modelling tasks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Initiative to resolve issues and queries, and the curiosity to find answers independently.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking with a methodical and detail-oriented approach.
