In this role, you will support the value stream delivery teams to meet customer commitments, contributing to continuous improvements in our manufacturing and supply chain processes.

About the Role...
  • Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of components, assemblies, and documentation at goods receipt, during manufacturing, from suppliers, and prior to final dispatch, ensuring compliance with required specifications.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate inspection records that reflect all product manufacturing and packaging activities.
  • Equipment Calibration: Ensure the correct calibration of measuring equipment during manufacturing and evaluate new measuring techniques and equipment for cost-effectiveness.
  • Client & Subcontractor Liaison: Collaborate with clients and witnessing authorities to meet contract requirements, and support process review activities at subcontractor facilities.
  • ISO Compliance: Adhere to work standard instructions in line with HCPI ISO 45001 accreditation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with Operations, Engineering, Commercial, and Procurement teams to improve manufacturing and supply chain performance and detect defects early.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with company environmental, health, and safety standards to create a safe work environment and minimize environmental impact.
