We are seeking a confident and passionate Care and Support Worker to join our team at Longfield House, a specialist residential service providing outcome-focused care for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs.

As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding healthcare and making a positive difference to the lives of our residents. You will work part-time, 24 hours, 2 shifts per week, and be part of a supportive team that prioritizes person-centered planning and resident safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all residents
  • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
  • Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with and report on medical and welfare needs
  • Safeguard residents and maintain a safe, clean environment
