Senior Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Lead to join our team on a fixed-term contract. As part of our dynamic social media-focused organization, you will manage social media and community initiatives for iconic brands, collaborating with experts in insights, strategy, and design to create innovative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage multiple clients across various sectors, working with Community Managers and Social Executives to ensure account success.
- Act as the primary client contact for social media and community management, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop global and local editorial themes, content calendars, and guidelines that drive social engagement.
- Provide strategic insights and analysis, contributing to monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual reports for senior stakeholders.
- Monitor online conversations, fostering engaging interactions and nurturing community connections.
- Identify and react to relevant trends, collaborating with design and production teams to bring ideas to life.
- Create native-first content, including TikTok videos, that responds to emerging social media trends.
- At least 5 years of experience in social, digital, or integrated marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
- Ability to optimize content production and publication based on platform insights and performance data.
- Excellent relationship management skills, both with internal teams and external clients.
- Exceptional copywriting and editorial skills, with the ability to craft compelling social content in fluent English.
- Proficiency in social media management tools for publishing, moderation, and reporting.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
