Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough skin consultations, providing detailed treatment and skincare recommendations, and post-treatment follow-up advice.
- Manage patients' skin care journeys, collaborating with colleagues to provide seamless service delivery, including follow-ups and supporting the Front of House team with treatment-related queries.
- Deliver high-quality treatments, ensuring consistently excellent service for all patients, and maintaining clinical records accurately and up-to-date.
- Assist with day-to-day clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensuring treatment rooms and reception areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Drive sales of products and services, maximising sales and performance stats for the clinic, and encouraging referrals to fellow practitioners.
- Liaise with the marketing team around promotion and press opportunities, and stay up-to-date with industry developments, participating in training programmes for continual professional development and knowledge enhancement.
- Minimum qualification NVQ level 4 or 5 Laser Skin Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic setting or spa industry.
- Industry knowledge and a solid understanding of clinical procedures and standards in relation to health and safety and medical standard compliance.
- Excellent customer service experience within a luxury setting, with experience in performing high-end treatments and working with high-profile clients.
- Passion for the aesthetics industry and skincare, with excellent conversion and sales skills, and the ability to analyse and develop opportunities for improvement in day-to-day processes.
