Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetic Therapist to join our team at a prestigious Mayfair clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in anti-ageing treatments and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting consultations, assessing patient needs, and developing personalized treatment plans. They will also perform advanced skin and body treatments using the latest technology to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Perform a range of advanced skin and body treatments to achieve optimal results.
  • Collaborate with the doctor to monitor and adjust treatment plans as required.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and create a welcoming atmosphere that promotes loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve clinic operations.
  • Drive sales and contribute to business growth through creative social media content.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms and front of house.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience as an Aesthetic Therapist, preferably in a 5-star establishment.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or above.
  • Deep knowledge of anti-ageing treatments and ability to combine skincare and device therapies.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to provide clear advice to clients.
  • A genuine passion for the industry and staying informed on the latest trends.
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • High energy and proactive approach to client service and care.

Package:

£35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience

10% commission on all treatments, with the potential to achieve a total annual income of £60,000 to £80,000.
