  • Collaborate with our IT Support Multi Services Provider to maintain and troubleshoot our IT infrastructure.
  • Escalate technical issues and coordinate resolution with the IT MSP, business application vendors, and other third-party service providers.
  • Manage the lifecycle of desktop, laptop, and mobile devices, ensuring accurate inventory and stock levels.
  • Support user account administration for restricted and closed internal systems.
  • Assist with subject access requests, incident investigation, and resolution.
  • Install, maintain, and update structured cabling and associated patching.
Essential Requirements:
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • A-level or equivalent qualifications, or a Level 3 apprenticeship, or equivalent professional experience.
