Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Furniture Sales Advisor to join our team in our Crescent Link Store in City of Derry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Achieve weekly sales targets, utilizing our POS system and interacting with customers through various channels.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment.
Requirements
  • At least two years of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in our POS system.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Strong motivation and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
