Job Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time Furniture Sales Advisor to join our team in our Crescent Link Store in City of Derry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-class customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Achieve weekly sales targets, utilizing our POS system and interacting with customers through telephone and in-person sales.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, including furniture designs, materials, and features.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the growth of our business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and product recommendations.
Requirements
  • At least two years of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in our POS system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Able to use initiative, work hard, and demonstrate strong motivational skills.
