Patient Pathway Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Patient Pathway Co-ordinator to join our team at South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Directorate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of patients through our services.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate and provide administrative support to the Vascular and Cardio-Vascular multidisciplinary team
- Collate and record accurate and timely data, providing up-to-date information on patient pathways
- Monitor all waiting lists for the Directorate and support with the booking of theatre lists
- Work closely with Consultant Surgeons, Specialist Nurses, Deputy Admin Manager, and Personal Medical Secretaries
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, including Outlook and Excel
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical administration is desirable
