Job Title: Business Support and Customer Services Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Support and Customer Services Advisor to join our team at Cockenzieandportseton. As a key member of our Business Support Centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and web chat.
  • Process new customer referrals and maintain accurate records within our systems.
  • Work collaboratively with our frontline teams to deliver high-quality administrative support and ensure seamless customer service.
  • Meet or exceed customer engagement performance and quality targets within agreed SLAs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service and support, with a passion for delivering exceptional service standards.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with knowledge of web chat facilities in a multi-stream environment.
  • Decision-making skills, taking all aspects into account and showing empathy in sensitive situations.
  • Flexibility to support the business and adapt to changing priorities.
