Key Responsibilities- Deliver fire risk assessments and general risk assessments in buildings
- Ensure compliance with current UK regulations
- Collaborate with our team to provide operational risk, compliance, and safety solutions to our clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Contribute to the development of our company's risk management strategies and policies
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in risk assessment within the built environment
- Experience delivering fire risk assessments and general risk assessments in buildings
- Education suitable to be competent to carry out fire and health safety risk assessments on seven or more floors
- Articulate and clear communication skills, with the ability to write comprehensive reports
- NEBOSH General Certificate in Health & Safety or equivalent
- Recognized fire safety memberships, such as IFSM, FRACS, IFPO, or IFE
- Minimum level 4 Fire Safety qualifications, such as CFPA - E Dip or equivalent
- A competitive salary between £55,000 and £65,000 per annum
