About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Senior/Senior Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of financial reporting and auditing are carried out in a timely and efficient manner, in accordance with prescribed systems and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare management accounts and ensure they are completed on time, accurately, and thoroughly.
  • Complete all sections of the accounts file and pass them on for manager review.
  • Prepare complex assignments for manager review and utilize junior staff on more simple assignments, overseeing their work standard.
  • Support trainees and help with the development of their knowledge and skills.
  • Review annual accounts prepared by juniors and finalize them.
  • Complete all sections of the audit file and pass it on for manager review, indicating clearly any points that need further clarification.
Key Skills and Qualities
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Autoentry/HubDoc, and IRIS.
  • Strong administration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Organized with good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
