About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Ophthalmologist to join our team at Practice Plus Group Ophthalmology North West. As a key member of our medical team, you will be responsible for performing a range of ophthalmic procedures on patients referred to the service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ophthalmic procedures on patients referred to the service, working in accordance with our protocols and working practices.
- Treat both NHS and private patients, providing high-quality care and ensuring the best possible outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.
Requirements
- UK registered medical professional with experience in high-volume phacoemulsification under topical anaesthesia.
- Experience in Oculoplastic and Medical Retina procedures is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
