Role Summary:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be instrumental in the management, design, and development of business intelligence reports and dashboards. You will work closely with various stakeholders to comprehend their data requirements and provide customized solutions. This position also entails partnering with the Problem Management team to leverage data analysis tools for identifying trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from relevant data sources.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify and fulfill their data needs.
