**About the Role**

Nigel Wright Group is seeking a Marketing Lead to join their team in County Durham. The successful candidate will report to the Business Development Director and collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at reaching both new and existing audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop marketing strategies in line with company objectives, in collaboration with Business Development and Sales teams.
* Serve as the brand guardian across the business and with external partners, stakeholders, and suppliers.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create compelling marketing collateral that aligns with company and group brand values.
* Plan, implement, and deliver all tactical marketing activities, including the annual tradeshows and events program.
* Manage the marketing budget to optimize ROI.
* Mentor and support the development of the Marketing Assistant.
* Design and deliver a content plan, including the creation of website articles, multimedia, email, and social media posts.
