Job Description: Customer Service and Demand Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service and Demand Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the efficient management of demand planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Generate and analyze monthly departmental reports using SAP software, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on SAP reporting procedures, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
  • Collect customer feedback through surveys and implement improvements based on their suggestions.
  • Manage invoice and order processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • Apply your expertise in demand planning and forecasting to support optimal inventory management and production planning.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in customer service and demand planning/forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP software, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
