Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our business support team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our directors and business units, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative support to our directors and business units, including diary management, document production, and editing.
  • Office Administration: Manage office administration duties, including greeting colleagues and visitors, setting up and managing meeting rooms, and arranging travel bookings.
  • IT Support: Assist the Local Computer Administrator and IT Department with IT equipment configuration, logging, and troubleshooting.
  • Finance Support: Assist with finance-related processes, including raising purchase orders and completing supplier invoice processes within Dynamics365 finance software.
  • Business Initiatives: Support wider internal initiatives and engagement opportunities within the office.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff at all levels.
  • Task Management: Demonstrate strong task management and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Personable and Approachable: Be personable and approachable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a high attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Possess proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe, with experience in proof-reading, collating documents, and formatting.
  • Experience: Have experience working in a similar role, with the ability to learn new procedures quickly and work with minimal supervision.
