Key Responsibilities- Support the development managers in key aspects of the development programme, including the delivery of commercial developments, gathering market information, and assisting with planning applications.
- Work collaboratively with the wider FI team, including the construction team, asset managers, marketing, property, and facilities management.
- Assist with the preparation of planning trackers and monitoring progress of planning conditions.
- Prepare, distribute, and follow up on key actions following design team meetings.
- Property-related degree or Masters level qualification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience using ARGUS Developer is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent level of accuracy, numerical, and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent people and stakeholder management ability.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- 25 holidays per year, plus UK bank holidays.
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
