About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Accounts Payable team in Financial Accounting. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the processing of invoices and expenses, managing supplier relationships, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and review invoices and expenses using our system
  • Manage and maintain supplier relationships, including resolving payment queries and investigating reconciling items
  • Prepare monthly supplier account reconciliations and ensure accurate data validation
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, and invoice owners
  • Contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture across the organization, collaborating with colleagues across departments
Requirements
  • Good customer service skills and ability to work effectively with others
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office
  • Good numerical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
