About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic NDF Trader with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in LATAM and Asia markets to join our team at Marlin Selection Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trading and Execution: Execute NDF trades across LATAM and Asian markets, ensuring accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market conditions, including economic, political, and financial factors affecting LATAM and Asia.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with market updates, trading strategies, and customized solutions.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and manage the risk associated with NDF positions, ensuring adherence to the bank's risk appetite.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in NDF trading with a focus on LATAM and Asia markets.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of NDF products and market mechanics. Proficiency in trading platforms and tools such as Bloomberg, Reuters, and Excel/VBA.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
