Job Summary:

EMCOR UK is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to provide proactive electrical services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a professional maintenance service, liaising with other operatives, and ensuring a consistent and professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems.
  • Carry out minor electrical works and assist with more complex tasks as needed.
  • Provide support to third-party contractors and respond to client requests in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Contract Supervisors to prioritize tasks and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and work reasonable overtime as required.
  • Assist with tasks on other sites as needed.

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in electrical maintenance and repair, with relevant qualifications or apprenticeships.
  • Knowledge of operational procedures, including time sheets, planned maintenance systems, and Quality and Health & Safety protocols.
  • Substantial experience in electrical maintenance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
