We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Surveyor to join our team at Elliot Marsh. As a Fire Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough fire risk assessments, identifying potential hazards, and implementing effective fire safety measures to ensure the safety of our students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular fire risk assessments to identify potential fire hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement fire safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with our facilities team to ensure that fire safety measures are integrated into our building design and maintenance.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on fire safety procedures and protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fire safety regulations and standards, and ensure that our facilities and procedures are compliant.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fire Surveyor or in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
