About the Opportunity

Are you a seasoned professional looking for a challenging role in the senior living industry? Discovery Senior Living LLC is seeking an Executive Director to lead our community in providing exceptional care and services to our residents.

Responsibilities
  1. Community Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the community, ensuring compliance with company standards, federal and state regulations, and local laws.
  2. Customer-Centric Approach: Foster a resident-centered model of care, prioritizing their needs and preferences.
  3. Business Development: Develop and implement effective external business development strategies to drive business growth and maximize top-line revenue.
  4. Financial Management: Meet financial targets, manage key operating costs, and ensure budgeted revenue is achieved or exceeded.
  5. Operational Excellence: Oversee all departments, maintaining efficient operations and compliance with financial goals.
  6. Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, performance management, and discipline as needed.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Hospital Administration, or a health-related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of three years of managerial experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality, with a proven track record of success in managing operating expenses.
  3. Leadership Skills: Demonstrate confidence, inspire and motivate others, and provide leadership by example.
  4. Certifications: Administrator License/certification.
