Role Details: This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 37.5 hours of commitment each week. You will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing productive partnerships with employers across various sectors to facilitate work placements and negotiate paid employment for our supported interns.


What Our Supported Internship Program Provides:

  • Establish connections with local businesses that lead to placement opportunities for our learners.
  • Foster and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure a steady stream of employment opportunities for our Supported Internships.
  • Oversee the management of job coaches.

Qualifications for the Employer Engagement Specialist:

We are looking for candidates with a background in employer engagement and marketing, as a significant part of this role involves creating job opportunities for the individuals we support.
