We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our team at Randstad Staffing. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the maintenance or social housing sector. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Contract Administration: You will be involved in general contract duties such as correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and filing.
  • Order Processing: You will process subcontractor, plant, and material orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Client Systems: You will update client systems and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Reporting and Analysis: You will assist in pulling together information for contract KPIs as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organized, able to manage your own diary, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
