About the Role

As a Reliability and Condition Monitoring Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety procedures, carrying out scheduled lubrication tasks, performing used oil analysis, and conducting condition monitoring. You will also lead customer communication, drive continuous improvement on-site, and manage stock control and inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and protocols
  • Carry out scheduled lubrication tasks using our cutting-edge scheduling system
  • Perform used oil analysis, from sampling to generating follow-up reports and implementing remedial actions
  • Conduct condition monitoring, including thermography, ultrasound, and visual inspections
  • Lead customer communication by managing KPIs and attending regular meetings
  • Drive continuous improvement on-site by planning and executing maintenance strategies
  • Manage stock control and inventory to ensure smooth site operations
