Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist in the Totton region. The role offers approximately 3-6 hours of work per week, with competitive pay including holiday benefits. Immediate start available, with the potential for ongoing, flexible work arrangements. A vehicle is necessary for transporting point-of-sale (POS) materials to retail locations.

Preferred Location: Totton, United Kingdom, SO40

Coverage Area: Totton (responsibility includes stores within a 10-mile radius)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visits to prominent retail establishments, performing tasks such as merchandising, audits, and the installation of point-of-sale (POS) displays.
  • Enhance sales through effective negotiation for additional product displays.
  • Utilize personal transportation for carrying promotional materials, which may occasionally be delivered to your residence.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with store personnel and customers.
  • Utilize a smartphone or tablet for reporting via our application, ensuring high-quality photography and insightful feedback when necessary.
  • Be prepared to assist with stock movement during merchandising activities, which may involve some lifting.
