Job Title: Instore Merchandiser

About the role

As a key member of the Smiths News team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional merchandising services to customers in your assigned area. This includes setting up point of sale displays and promotional materials at various locations to drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to meet sales targets and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional plans
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising standards and provide feedback to store teams
