Research and Finance Administrator

University of Strathclyde seeks a highly skilled Research and Finance Administrator to provide award and grant support on all research and knowledge exchange programmes within the School.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support and advice to the Director of Research, Deputy Head of School (Research) and Deputy Head of School (Innovation and Impact)
  • Display high levels of initiative, independence and problem solving
  • Previous experience of using a financial management system, preferably in a higher education environment

Requirements:

  • Flexible approach and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
