Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company, HSE, and Quality standards.
  • Manage administrative duties related to customer complaints, accident reports, Halal certification, training needs/records, investigation minutes, and supplier information.
  • Evaluate and inspect new products to ensure adherence to customer specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze product and process non-conformances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • An honours degree in Food Science, Life Science, Health & Safety, or a closely related field, and/or a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
