Biomedical Scientist Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biomedical Scientist to join our team as a Team Manager. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Biomedical Scientists to deliver high-quality analytical services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Biomedical Scientists to achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Provide professional leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- HCPC registration as a Biomedical Scientist.
- Completed IBMS Specialist Portfolio or equivalent.
- MSc or equivalent postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
