Key Responsibilities

In the role of Project Agent, you will play a crucial part in the major projects HPC team, overseeing a project by effectively managing resources, including personnel, finances, and physical assets, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will be part of our expanding roads and networks team, responsible for delivering the essential infrastructure that connects the main facilities, facilitating the commissioning and operational readiness of the power station. Your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Leading a significant segment of the project, ensuring accurate documentation of all labor, equipment, materials, and supply chain resources.
  • Assisting in the implementation and oversight of Performance and Health & Safety policies and procedures, adhering to Kierbam standards, and conducting reporting and audits via the clients' Insight system.
  • Fostering collaborative working relationships with project team members to cultivate a unified team spirit, including the development of team capabilities.
  • Taking full responsibility for the financial management of your project, ensuring rigorous control of Target Cost, actual expenses, and forecasts through commercial insight and utilizing site-based systems such as CEMAR.
