About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Christian Head Residential Home in Kirkby Stephen.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest. You will work closely with our team to deliver person-centered care, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical and emotional support to residents, assisting with daily living tasks and promoting their independence.
  • Assist with medication administration, personal care, and other care-related tasks.
  • Encourage residents to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
