About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals
  • Deliver care that is tailored to the individual needs of each resident
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
  • Support residents with limited mobility to learn new skills and maintain their independence
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents who may be experiencing confusion or distress
