Exciting Opportunity for a Mortgage Advisor

We are partnering with a reputable company to source a Mortgage Advisor to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to take over a warm desk with a high volume of client interactions and a strong pipeline of potential deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to advise on mortgage and protection products, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
  • Manage assessments and provide the best possible advice, upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
  • Advise on repayments and mortgage protection, while selling related financial products such as buildings or life insurance.
  • Complete mortgage applications and provide updates to clients throughout the closure process.
  • Stay up-to-date on new mortgage products and changes in regulation/legislation, ensuring compliance and providing expert advice.
  • Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and follow strict industry rules and guidelines to ensure impartial and appropriate financial advice.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively communicate with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work with numbers, with a keen eye for detail.
  • CeMAP or equivalent qualification is essential.
