Remote Mortgage Adviser Opportunity

Are you a qualified and experienced mortgage adviser looking for a remote working opportunity that offers flexibility and autonomy? Our client is recruiting for a self-employed mortgage adviser to work from home, providing expert advice and guidance to clients in the HNW space, including sports personalities.

Key Requirements:

  • CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and signed off as Competent Adviser status
  • Minimum 2 years whole of market experience, not single tied
  • Ability to self-generate business in addition to any company appointments provided

What You'll Receive:

  • Full administration support post-case signing
  • Generous commission of up to 70% for self-gen business and 50% company appointments
  • Potential for financial assistance for those with a demonstrable track record, subject to banking figures and further proof of bankings
  • OTE £80k-£120k self-employed
  • Enquiries where admin have already contacted the client and uploaded all up to date documents for your consideration in placing the case
  • Support and Development to further career

Please note this role requires full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification, whole of market experience, and sign off as Competent Adviser status. If you do not have this, we will not proceed with the application.
