Role Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Nuclear division as a Recruitment Consultant. This position is ideal for a motivated and proactive individual eager to advance their career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather detailed requisition information and candidate specifications from clients to ensure precise matching.
  • Screen and register candidates to align their qualifications with client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, assist with onboarding processes, and prepare contractual agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with client and legal standards for all contractors.
  • Address any inquiries related to compensation, attendance, or performance-related issues.
  • Maintain an accurate database by regularly updating candidate and client profiles.
  • Adhere to data protection regulations in accordance with company policies.

Recruitment Duties

  • Source and recruit candidates for technical, engineering, and administrative roles.
  • Advertise current job openings effectively.
  • Utilize internal databases and external channels to identify potential candidates.
  • Review and format CVs for submission to clients.
  • Evaluate applicants for their suitability for current vacancies.
  • Engage with clients to ensure comprehensive understanding of job descriptions before initiating the recruitment process.
  • Communicate job details, rates, and terms to prospective candidates and secure their consent prior to submission.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming telephone inquiries as required.
  • Provide follow-up support and aftercare for placed contractors.
  • Submit CVs in a format suitable for clients while maintaining an auditable record of communications.

Compliance Duties

  • Request and verify identification and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to AWR regulations.
  • Comply with E2W and IR35 regulations.
  • Follow Morson Quality Procedures, ensuring all relevant documentation is accurately recorded.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in recruitment is advantageous.
  • Confident and personable, with a professional telephone demeanor.
  • Experience in senior administration or team management is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels.
  • Flexible and adaptable, capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize conflicting demands.
  • Competence in understanding both technical and non-technical job descriptions.
  • Strong numerical and time-management skills.
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated, requiring minimal supervision post-training.
  • Creative and persistent in problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A collaborative team player who can share information effectively.
