ROLE OVERVIEW
We seek a motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive individual to enhance our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone with foundational recruitment experience eager to embrace their next challenge. The role is fast-paced, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our esteemed clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather comprehensive requisition details and candidate specifications from clients to ensure precise matching.
- Register and evaluate candidates to facilitate effective matching with client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, assist with onboarding and security clearance, and prepare contracts.
- Ensure compliance of all contractors with client and statutory requirements.
- Address any inquiries related to pay, absences, or other performance-affecting factors.
- Maintain an accurate database by regularly updating candidate and client profiles.
- Adhere to all data protection guidelines in accordance with company policies.
RECRUITMENT TASKS
- Recruit technical, engineering, and administrative candidates.
- Advertise current job openings effectively.
- Source candidates from our internal database and external platforms.
- Input and upload received CVs.
- Assess applicants for suitability against current roles.
- Engage with clients regarding Job Description Briefings (JDBs) to gather all necessary information before commencing the recruitment process.
- Communicate with prospective candidates about job descriptions, rates, terms, and conditions, ensuring permission is obtained prior to submission.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
- Handle incoming telephone inquiries as needed.
- Provide aftercare services and follow-up calls with placed contractors.
- Submit CVs, ensuring proper formatting for relevant clients and maintaining an auditable trail of information.
COMPLIANCE
- Request and verify ID and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to AWR Regulations.
- Comply with E2W and IR35 Regulations.
- Follow Morson Quality Procedures, ensuring all relevant notes and documentation are recorded.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Previous recruitment experience is advantageous.
- Confident and personable, with a professional telephone demeanor.
- Experience in senior administration or team management roles.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
