Key Responsibilities- Assess patients for suitability for our group treatment programme and provide individual therapeutic interventions to support group work.
- Facilitate groups and manage a clinical case load, including lead practitioner responsibilities.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans, using appropriate assessment skills to assess risk.
- Participate in regular clinical, professional, and managerial supervision.
- Maintain and contribute to standards of professional care, ethics, policies, and procedures.
