We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Assistant Manager to join our team at Burberry. As a key member of our Digital Samples department, you will play a critical role in supporting the Digital Samples Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our digital samples office.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Digital Samples Manager in critical path planning, calendar management, and set management alongside production.
- Content Readiness - assist in ensuring content is met by each floor set deadline and forecast production arrivals before deadline.
- Align Order Books with order deadlines by working with Order Management and Digital Merchandising Operations.
- Manage the DS Operations Coordinator at the start of season, ensuring production and re-sampling order deadlines are met and all orders are placed correctly.
- Support Budget Management by managing the yearly re-sampling budget of £150,000.
- Hub Ordering Process - manage and ensure weekly in-stock materials are pulled in the office.
- Liaise with Digital Merchandising Operations to ensure all range drafts are in ahead of additions and cancellations deadlines.
- Coordinate Order Fulfillment by ensuring Coordinators send orders in time and update TBCs.
- Review Production Delivery Dates to forecast delays on a seasonal Floorset Launch.
- Monitor Goods In and Out of DS and ensure all product received has been goods receipted to ensure Vendors are paid.
- Oversee Returns Process and ensure returns are being processed frequently.
- Assist in Storage Walk-Throughs to ensure sample management best practice is followed and manage bi-yearly stock takes.
- Improve Ways of Working to introduce better efficient ways that improve Third Party Content.
- Attend Stakeholder Meetings as a support to the Digital Samples Manager.
- Manage Workload of Coordinators and Assistants, ensuring they are working in efficient and productive ways.
- Develop Content Creation Tool Flo for the Digital Samples team and work cross-functionally with other stakeholders to ensure Flo development supports all teams.
- Ability to Manage Multiple Workflows and achieve a high standard.
- Experience Working Under Pressure in a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
- Excellent Rapport Building Skills with all levels of Management.
- Team Player who is Passionate about Burberry, Products, and the Fashion industry.
- Professional Attitude and Conduct with a high degree of professionalism.
- Interest or Background in Digital Commerce and content delivery.
- Effective Communication Skills in meetings and written communication.
