Lead Our Team to Success

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Loungers. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional results and creating a unique and welcoming experience for our customers.

The Role

As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading your team to deliver 14 great shifts and ensuring every customer leaves happy
  • Taking full ownership of your Lounge and making sure it's an amazing and unique place to work and visit
  • Managing through clear KPIs and making decisions considering labour, stock, food safety requirements, customer sentiment, and budget
  • Delivering successful training and recruitment for front-of-house teams, including servers and Assistant Managers
  • Working closely with the management team to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Restaurant Manager in a restaurant, bar, café, or coffee shop environment
  • Experience of working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks preparation
  • Familiarity with managing through clear KPIs and making decisions considering labour, stock, food safety requirements, customer sentiment, and budget
  • Delivered successful training and recruitment for front-of-house teams, including servers and Assistant Managers
  • Ideal experience back of house, understanding what makes kitchen and kitchen teams click
