As a Pharmacist Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supervising the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflows, inventory control, and adherence to regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of pharmacy professionals, fostering a positive and cooperative work atmosphere, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Management: Supervise daily pharmacy activities, guaranteeing efficient workflows, inventory control, and adherence to regulations, ensuring the pharmacy operates in compliance with all applicable laws, standards, and ethical guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, offer guidance, and cultivate strong patient relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and sustain quality assurance procedures to ensure the precision and safety of pharmaceutical services, maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient care.

Requirements:

  • Registration and Eligibility: Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Experience and Skills: Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory position within a pharmacy environment, sound understanding of pharmacy operations, regulations, and industry best practices, and demonstrated leadership skills with an emphasis on team development and motivation.

Package and Benefits:

  • Salary: £26 per hour.
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday (9am-6pm), with preferred Saturday morning work (9am-1pm).
  • Annual Leave: 5 weeks of annual leave including bank holidays.
  • Bonus Scheme: Access to a bonus scheme.
