We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Agincare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex behaviors to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide companionship, support, and communication to our clients
- Assist with personal care, including washing, bathing, and dressing
- Support clients with healthy meals, snacks, and beverages
- Perform light cleaning tasks and assist with domestic duties
- Support clients with mobility and social activities, including trips out and social engagements
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.10
