Higos Insurance Services, part of Brown & Brown Europe, is seeking a skilled Personal Lines Insurance Adviser to join their successful team based in Devizes, Wiltshire.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance covering Motor and Household risks, with the ability to identify the best policy to meet clients' needs.
The role involves providing advice to clients to ensure conversion of new business, service of existing accounts, and retention of renewals to achieve company income targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and delivering against agreed Renewal Retention or New Business Targets, conducting thorough pre-renewal reviews, and offering the most suitable policy and product to clients.
The Personal Lines Insurance Adviser will also be responsible for managing and prioritizing tasks, identifying and discussing cross-sell opportunities with clients, and adhering to the company's Training & Competency scheme.

The successful candidate will be a strong verbal and written communicator, with the ability to take responsibility for their own performance and contribute to the team's overall targets & KPI's.
