We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Professional to join our team at Brown & Brown Europe. As a Personal Lines Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice to clients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and deliver against agreed Renewal Retention or New Business Targets, contributing towards the team's overall targets & KPI's
- Ensure thorough pre-renewal reviews and annual reviews with clients
- Conduct full market reviews for clients and offer suitable policies and products
- Invite Personal Lines policies in good time, in line with operational guidance
- Ensure policies are renewed on or before the renewal date
- Complete all roles and tasks as required by your line manager, ensuring operational priorities and company rules, procedures, and policies for risk and compliance are adhered to
- Manage and prioritize tasks, keeping them up to date and not overdue
- Identify and discuss cross-sell opportunities with clients
- Adhere to our Training & Competency scheme and pass audits
- Negotiable basic salary + bonus

- Knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance covering either Motor and or Household risks
- Ability to identify the best policy to meet clients' needs
- Ability to take responsibility for own performance
