This role is integral to the operations of Wave Leisure Trust, which focuses on delivering high-quality sports and leisure services while integrating accessible community health and wellness solutions.

Required Experience

Previous experience in a similar environment

Necessary Qualifications

National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or the ability to obtain it through upcoming training sessions Interest-free funding may be available for candidates without this qualification

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with COSHH regulations Coaching certification First Aid certification

Specialized Knowledge

Ability to organize leisure activities in at least one discipline
