Salary: £35,392 pro rata per annum, increasing to £37,350 after two years of service, and £42,618 after an additional three years of service.

Job Overview:
This position entails overseeing a team of Psychological Wellbeing Specialists to ensure the excellence of their performance through the provision of both clinical skill enhancement and supervisory support. The Lead Psychological Wellbeing Specialist will also engage directly with Step 2 clients by performing assessments and facilitating treatment sessions.
In addition, you will participate in the recruitment process for Assistant, Trainee, and Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner roles, providing ongoing support to clinical staff through regular supervision and debriefing sessions, and mentoring clinical personnel to advance their professional development within the NHS Talking Therapies framework.
Candidate Profile:
This role presents an excellent opportunity for Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners seeking to elevate their career within the Low Intensity NHS Talking Therapies framework.
The ideal applicant will demonstrate a commitment to Step 2 responsibilities, possess a high level of motivation, adaptability, and be an effective team collaborator. Successful candidates will hold a Postgraduate or Degree Certificate in Psychological Therapies and exhibit a robust understanding and application of Step 2 practices, alongside strong clinical judgment capabilities.
