Senior Project Designer Opportunity

Coulter Elite Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Designer to join their team. As a Senior Project Designer, you will be responsible for leading design projects and managing client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive client briefs and user requirements to align with project goals.
  • Create and present tailored concept designs that respond to the unique needs of each client.
  • Coordinate with estimating teams to develop project budgets in line with design schemes.
  • Generate high-quality design presentations and detailed construction drawing packages for project execution.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading design projects and managing client relationships effectively.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to translate client needs into innovative design solutions.
  • Expertise in developing project budgets and coordinating with multiple teams.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of delivering professional client-facing interactions.
